Boston Children's Hospital Leadership | Elliott Kellman

Elliott has engaged with his team and with leadership from across the hospital with the experience, commitment and vision necessary to lead the kind of forward-thinking and people-focused Human Resources Department that Boston Children’s values.

Elliott collaborates with Executive Leadership and other leaders across the enterprise as he leads our work to enhance Boston Children's for our most valuable resource; our people. As a former human capital consultant and leadership advisor, he will provide a fresh viewpoint and guidance for our ongoing efforts around compensation, talent recruitment and retention, employee culture and experience, training, career mobility, and much more.

In addition to launching his own leadership advisory and executive coaching practice, Elliott recently served as Chief Human Resource Officer at University Hospitals (UH) in Cleveland, Ohio—a $3 billion organization where he led the development of a top-performance culture known for attracting, engaging, developing and retaining top talent.

He has also held senior leadership roles in human resources for Montefiore Medical Center, Zurich Scudder Investments, Baystate Health System, and Yale-New Haven Hospital.
